• Custom configuration:  Whether you need a single complex configuration across all your servers/stations, or individual configurations for each unit, Bantam’s configuration service offers the most flexibility available. In addition to our customization expertise, we have access to thousands of standard and non-standard components from top-tier suppliers through our expansive distribution network. All this means that we can deliver a performance optimized solution more quickly and usually at a lower overall cost.

•  Manufacturing/assembly: Our 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility is UL, TUV, Nemco and ISO 9001: 2000 certified.  In addition to standard and custom system manufacturing, we maintain dedicated lines for prototype builds.

•  Software imaging: Bantam loads, tests and images OS, standard and custom applications according to your requirements.

•  QA and testing: Bantam provides rigorous quality assurance processes that follow and improve on industry best practices in functional and burn-in testing.  We also design custom test plans for unique and extreme requirements, which can include tightly calibrated temperature and humidity testing in our Environmental Chamber.

•  Warranty/Service: All Bantam custom-built solutions are backed by a 3 year depot warranty, which can be upgraded at any time. Our tiered warranty/service levels are designed to meet a variety of requirements based on the level of internal support staff you have.  If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right with no hassles.
